Shipping policy

1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, launches, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always work to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking (where applicable).

2. UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard Delivery
•     Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
•     Sent via Royal Mail or an equivalent courier
•     Tracking provided where available
Express Delivery
•     Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch
•     Fully tracked service
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

3. Shipping Restrictions (Fragrance Products)
Due to postal regulations surrounding flammable liquids (e.g., alcohol‑based fragrances), some destinations may have restrictions on perfume shipments.
If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout or contacted directly.

4. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
•     Please allow an additional 5 business days for delays
•     Contact us at contactus@petalandmist.co.uk with your order number
We will work with the courier to investigate.
A replacement or refund will be issued only once the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot amend addresses once an order has been dispatched.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a redelivery fee.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
•     Your order number
•     Photos of the packaging and product
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

8. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link (where available).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
